Driver App

• If a driver incurs an infringement, they will be able to address it the next day, when everything is fresh in their head and information is at hand,

• They sign into their app if there is an infringement select it,

• Write in their explanation and sign it off

• This is then sent back to the dashboard where if explanation is satisfactory, it can be signed off,

• If not, the driver may be asked for more information to enable it to be delt with.

• The app records the date the driver responds to the infringement, the date the administrator responds and the date it is resolved.

Dashboard

• Through the dashboard in the office computer/ laptop you can monitor all infringements,

• Send messages to driver’s app,

• Respond and address any driver or vehicle infringements,

• You can then either mark as resolved or request more information.

• Missing mile reports can be formed.
